Libertum Ltd, incorporated in the United Kingdom, is the group parent and owns the T-Suite platform. Libertum, S.A. de C.V. is the entity registered with the CNAD.
The DASP licence (PSAD-0094) authorises Libertum, S.A. de C.V. to provide the following services for the stablecoins USDT and USDC:
In T-Suite, this is the custody of USDT and USDC held in the platform-managed Custodian Wallet.
Customers still need their own authorisations in their own jurisdictions. Issuers remain responsible, with their counsel, for offering registration or exemption analysis, offering-document content, investor-eligibility rules and marketing restrictions. Investors remain responsible for their own tax treatment.
