Custodian Wallet

The Custodian Wallet is a platform-managed wallet for investors and issuers. It lets users hold and move assets on the platform without running their own wallet software.

Status: Live where enabled per deployment; withdrawals enabled per deployment

Overview

Each user can have a platform-managed wallet, opened from Settings → Custodian Wallet. Keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and managed by the platform. Custody of USDT and USDC for clients is performed by Libertum, S.A. de C.V. under its Digital Asset Service Provider registration PSAD-0094 with the CNAD in El Salvador. That licence covers custody of USDT and USDC only, has effect in El Salvador only, and does not cover custody of security tokens or other assets. See Licences.

Who it’s for

Investors who prefer not to manage a self-custody wallet, and issuers who need a platform wallet for operations such as payouts.

Key capabilities

  • Multi-network software support: EVM networks (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB Chain), Cardano, Solana and XRPL. The networks actually enabled vary per deployment.
  • Deposit card showing exactly which assets are safe to send on each network, with a warning on testnets.
  • Withdrawals only to saved addresses that are at least 24 hours old. Adding an address sends an email with a revoke link.
  • Step-up verification on every withdrawal: an email OTP (6 digits, valid for 10 minutes), or an authenticator app code (TOTP), or one of 8 backup codes.
  • Limits and controls: a per-transaction limit, a daily USD limit, Libertum approval for amounts above a threshold, sanctions screening, and a platform-wide pause on all signing.
  • Network-fee estimate before each transaction.

Status and availability

Status: Live where enabled per deployment; withdrawals enabled per deployment

The Custodian Wallet and its withdrawals are enabled per deployment, and the networks shown depend on the deployment. Paying for an order directly from the custodian balance (custodian-balance checkout) is Coming soon — it is not enabled in production. Today, orders are paid by card, bank wire or USDC/USDT through Escrow.

Pricing

There is no separate subscription for the Custodian Wallet. Network fees (gas) for custodian transactions are paid from a prepaid gas balance or charged by card through Stripe, with a minimum charge of USD 5 (3-D Secure supported). See the plans page for platform plans and fees.
