Roadmap & Support

This page is a snapshot as of October 2026. Status labels follow the legend in How to use these docs.

What’s coming next

  • Structuring — from Beta to general availability. The Cayman Islands (CIMA) pack has been reviewed by Cayman counsel and published. The El Salvador (CNAD/LEAD), US (Reg D / Reg S) and EU (MiCA / MiFID II) packs are drafts pending review by external counsel; each moves out of Beta once its review is complete.
  • Statements: PDF statements and tax documents. Downloadable periodic statements on top of today’s transaction feed.
  • Secondary market on more chains. The P2P order book, live on Base mainnet, extends to Ethereum and Cardano mainnet next.
  • MPT trading on the XRPL DEX. XRPL MPT offerings are live; DEX trading of MPTs waits on the XRP Ledger’s MPTokensV2 amendment.
  • Multi-sig for day-to-day Cardano admin roles — moving the token-admin, KYC-list manager and trusted-issuer roles to multi-sig.
  • Public OpenAPI / developer reference — for partners building integrations.

Recently shipped

  • T-Suite Funds — white-label infrastructure for fund administrators, in its own Funds tab: operator mode, per-fund approvals, NAV packs published on-chain with their SHA-256 hash, dealing, investor payment details, private markets, three-way reconciliation, journals, enforcement and a developer platform (API, SDK, CLI, MCP). Access by request. See Funds.

  • Investor accreditation — investors apply with evidence; the platform they registered on reviews it, and an approved, in-date accreditation unlocks an offering’s accredited-tier cap.

  • Fees at payout and on every rail — dividend and redemption fees are deducted at payout and shown as gross, fee and net; the distribution fee applies to primary orders on every payment rail.

  • Token Import — bring a token issued elsewhere, see its cap table and history, and optionally hand control to Libertum to list and service it.

  • Update NAV — issuers record a NAV per token, written to an on-chain NAV registry on EVM mainnets and anchored on Cardano.

  • Structuring collaboration and the Cayman Islands pack — per-project invitations, roles and an activity log, external contributors whose input becomes suggestions, and a published Cayman Islands (CIMA) pack.

  • Libertum invoices with itemised lines — every line shows list price, discount and net; invoices are visible only once Libertum sends them.

  • ERC-3643 on BNB Smart Chain mainnet — in addition to Base, Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum.

  • Whitelabel link previews — your platform’s own card when its link is shared in chat apps and social networks.

  • Sliding sessions — a session stays open while you are active, and signing in on another domain or device no longer signs you out elsewhere.

  • Smart-contract certificates — every offering deployed on T-Suite is checked on-chain automatically and receives a signed Smart Contract Certificate from Libertum, S.A. de C.V., re-checked nightly, with a “Certified by Libertum” badge for investors and public verification at https://tsuitenew.libertum.io/verify/CERTIFICATE-NUMBER. It records the results of Libertum’s automated technical checks at the time stated. It is not a certification for a public offering under the Digital Assets Issuance Law (LEAD), and it is not a regulatory approval of the offering or its issuer. See Compliance §11.

  • Monthly Libertum invoices — Libertum fees are invoiced monthly with a per-offering breakdown, emailed and shown in T-Suite → Settings → Libertum Invoices, payable Net 15. See Plans & Pricing.

  • XRPL mainnet — XRPL is selectable in the Tokenization Wizard as an Issued Currency (trust line) or an XLS-33 MPT. Investors pay XRPL offerings in RLUSD or USDC, and redemption payouts and distributions on XRPL are paid in RLUSD or USDC. USDT is not accepted on XRPL (there is no native Tether on XRPL).

  • Custodian checkout — investors can pay for primary orders directly from their custodian balance; network fees are sponsored for the investor and billed to the offering’s issuer.

  • CIP-113 on Cardano mainnet — since 5 October 2026, CIP-113 programmable security tokens are live on Cardano mainnet (and on preview), on the Cardano Foundation’s canonical CIP-113 v0.0.1 core, registered in its canonical registry so explorers and wallets index them.

  • DASP licence (PSAD-0094) — Libertum, S.A. de C.V. was registered by El Salvador’s CNAD as a Digital Asset Service Provider on 31 August 2026, covering custody, exchange, transfer and receipt and transmission of client orders for USDT and USDC; custody of RLUSD has since been approved by the CNAD. See Licences.

  • Agreements & e-signature with Audit Trail — per-offering investment agreements, five default templates, OTP signing, and an audit trail with body and PDF hashes, certificate ID and a Libertum seal.

  • Custodian Wallet — platform-managed wallets with deposits by network, saved withdrawal addresses with a 24-hour hold, step-up verification, limits and gas charging.

  • Distribution Hub and Libby AI — investor-relations workspace with AI discovery, enrichment and matching, Gmail inbox connection and investor invitation links.

  • Structuring (Beta) — intake, research, document generation, guest counsel review and one-click draft offering.

  • Redemptions — redemption windows, request lifecycle and investor payout accounts.

  • More EVM mainnets — ERC-3643 on Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum in addition to Base; ERC-20 on Ethereum.

  • Coming Soon listings — pre-launch listings that open automatically at their launch time, with investor interest registration.

  • On-chain KYC list on Cardano (mainnet and preview) — each investor’s KYC attestation is written on-chain against their stake credential by a trusted issuer, and CIP-113 transfer validators check it on every transfer.

  • Mint timing toggle — on-order vs on-deploy choice in the Tokenization Wizard.

Currently disabled

  • B-DEX (bonding-curve trading) — Status: Preview — not live. The in-app Convert screen is a preview; no bonding-curve trading is available to investors.
  • Whitelabel Shopfront — deprecated; the Whitelabel Platform replaces it.
  • Paid Libertum legal review in Structuring — not offered. Structuring’s guest review is for the issuer’s own outside counsel.
