Plans, Modules & Pricing

Libertum offers seven subscription plans plus a per-listing model. Plans gate platform access; modules gate specific features within whichever platforms a plan unlocks.

Looking for an interactive comparison? The User Manual landing page includes a live pricing toggle (monthly/annual) and a filterable module catalogue.

  • Downgrade: scheduled at end of current period; you keep current features until then.
  • Cancel: scheduled at end of current period; you keep access through the period; can be reactivated up to the period end.

5. Module catalogue (à la carte)

Modules are the granular feature units within Libertum. There are 64 modules across 4 categories: 3 platform add-ons + 11 investor + 17 issuer + 16 asset management + 17 issuer = 64 total. Many modules are core (included free); others are paid add-ons priced per plan tier (Base / Growth / Enterprise).

A note on module pricing. Module-level pricing is administered live inside the Libertum platform and is updated as the catalogue evolves. The tables below mark every module as either Core (included with any plan that grants access to the relevant platform) or Check in Platform (priced live in the app — confirm the current value when you select a plan). The Investor Platform itself is free with all plans.

Defined by Libertum admins. Three thresholds: per-transaction limit (default $5,000), rolling 24-hour limit (default $10,000), admin-approval threshold (default $25,000). These apply to custodian-wallet withdrawals.

Secondary market fees

P2P trades collect a fee at execution time. Buyer pays the listing price + fee; the fee is split between platform and gas pass-through. Net stablecoin transfers from buyer to seller.

Dividend distribution fees

A small fee is deducted from each investor’s pro-rata payout to cover gas and platform infrastructure. Shown in the investor’s email and the Dividends page (gross amount, fee, net amount).

Bonding-curve fees

For Bonding Token offerings: typically 2–5% of buy/sell amount. Set at offering deployment; visible in the offering’s terms section before any buy.
