Introduction
The financial landscape is shifting fast. Blockchain has moved from speculative experiment to settlement infrastructure, but traditional asset markets remain fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible to most investors. Libertum addresses these challenges with a comprehensive, scalable, and legally compliant platform that lets individuals, issuers and asset managers tokenize, distribute and manage real-world assets (RWAs) end-to-end.
Vision & Mission
Vision: A robust infrastructure for the tokenization of real-world assets, enabling seamless access to global investors at scale, on multiple chains, under a single compliance framework.
Mission: To provide a fully compliant, automated, and scalable ecosystem that simplifies RWA tokenization while unlocking new financial opportunities for everyone — from individual investors and asset owners to institutional asset managers.
Libertum is one product, but functionally it is three distinct platforms that share a marketplace, an identity layer, and a compliance layer.
- Investor Platform — for retail and accredited investors, institutional allocators, and family offices. Verify identity, connect a wallet, browse offerings, place primary orders (card, wire, stablecoin), receive tokens, view portfolio P&L, claim dividends and coupons, trade on the secondary market, and export tax statements.
- Issuer Platform — for asset owners, sponsors, fund managers, real estate operators and corporates raising capital. Pass KYB, run the Tokenization Wizard to configure an offering, deploy the contracts, manage the cap table, declare and distribute dividends, and (optionally) host a branded shopfront or full whitelabel marketplace.
- Asset Management Platform — for asset managers, fund administrators, REITs and family offices. Maintain a central registry of all managed assets (tokenized or not), track each asset across nine workspace tabs, run lifecycle workflows from acquisition to disposition, and — when an asset is ready — invoke the Tokenization Bridge to convert it into an offering on the Issuer Platform.

The product suite (T-Suite · S-Suite · B-DEX)
Three product pillars deliver the platforms above:
- T-Suite — the tokenization engine. Multi-step wizard, eight asset classes, automatic ERC-3643 / CIP-113 contract deployment, on-chain cap table, dividends and force-transfer controls.
- S-Suite — the Stablecoin Suite. Fiat-pegged settlement asset for primary and secondary flows, with optional tenant-branded stablecoin issuance for ecosystem partners.
- B-DEX — bonding-curve decentralized exchange that gives offerings continuous liquidity from day one, with deterministic pricing and built-in fee distribution.
Eight asset classes, multi-chain
Libertum supports eight asset classes out of the box: Real Estate, Equity, Equity Digital Asset, Debt Digital Asset, Invoice Factoring Fractionalisation, Revenue Digitisation, Commodity Tokenization, and Bonding Token. Each class has its own data model, document checklist, and wizard step sequence.
On the chain side, Libertum is multi-chain by design:
- EVM — Base Mainnet, with ERC-3643 (T-REX) as the default security-token standard and ERC-20 / ERC-721 for utility and one-of-a-kind tokenization.
- Cardano — CIP-20 native tokens are live on Cardano Mainnet today; CIP-113 programmable security tokens run on Cardano Preview pending audit clearance for mainnet GA.
Investors and issuers don’t have to think about chains — each offering declares its standard, the platform routes deployment and wallet selection automatically, and stablecoin / fiat settlement works the same on both sides.
Compliance as a first-class concern
Compliance is enforced in code, not just in documentation:
- KYC for individuals and KYB for issuers via SumSub.
- Per-offering wallet whitelisting by a regulated transfer agent.
- On-chain enforcement of country rules, hold time, supply caps and per-investor maximums via modular ERC-3643 compliance modules.
- Force-transfer and recovery procedures available to authorised agents while still requiring receiver verification.
See Compliance Enforcement for the full chain.
