Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 7-day free trial is available on every paid plan at signup. Full feature access during the trial; cancel any time within 7 days for $0. The saved card is charged on day 8 if you don’t cancel.

What modules can I add?

There are 64 modules across 4 categories:

  • Platform Add-Ons (3) — Issuer Platform, Asset Management Platform, Investor Platform
  • Investor modules (11) — KYC, Secondary Market, Voting & Governance, Statements & Tax, etc.
  • Issuer modules (17) — Cap Table, Dividends, Secondary Market, Whitelabel, etc.
  • Asset Management modules (16) — Lifecycle Management, Maintenance, Financial & Valuation, Tokenization Bridge, etc.

Many modules are Core (included with any plan that grants access to the relevant platform); the rest are paid add-ons priced live inside the Libertum platform — when a price is needed, check in the live app (the values are administered live and evolve with the catalogue, so we don’t publish stale numbers here). See the full filterable catalogue on the User Manual landing page or in Plans, Modules & Pricing.

The Libertum gas treasury holds operational ETH to cover relayer-side gas; admins top it up as needed.

What withdrawal limits apply?

Three thresholds at the platform level (configurable per Libertum admin and per issuer):

  • Per-transaction limit — default $5,000
  • Rolling 24-hour limit — default $10,000
  • Admin-approval threshold — default $25,000

These apply to custodian-wallet withdrawals. Institutional accounts can request elevated limits through the admin’s review queue.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Through the Subscription page. Stripe handles pro-rata adjustments:

  • Upgrade — immediate; Stripe pro-rates the remainder of the current period; new modules unlock instantly
  • Downgrade — scheduled at end of current period; current features stay until then
  • Cancel — scheduled at end of period; can be reactivated up to that date

How do I manage billing?

Through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessed from your Subscription page. Manage saved cards, view invoices, change payment methods, download receipts — all hosted by Stripe.

Do you accept promo codes?

Yes — Libertum admins create Stripe promo codes for partnerships and launch promos. Enter the code at checkout; the discount is applied at the protocol level via Stripe.

What if I need a custom plan?

Enterprise customers get bespoke contracts, custom integrations, dedicated account management, and custom pricing. Contact sales to discuss.
