Whitelabel Platform

The Whitelabel Platform lets an issuer or asset manager run T-Suite — the marketplace and the back office — under its own brand and on its own domain.

Status: Live

Overview

Investors who visit your domain see your logo, colours and name rather than Libertum’s, while the platform underneath is the same T-Suite: KYC, offerings, orders, payments, dividends, redemptions and on-chain compliance. Custom domains are served through Cloudflare for SaaS.

Who it’s for

Issuers, asset managers and other businesses that want to offer tokenized investments to their own audience under their own brand.

Key capabilities

  • Branding — in Settings → Platform Branding: company name, font, logos for light and dark mode, favicon, colours (with optional dark-mode overrides), login background and tagline, homepage URL, footer copy and logo, and the sender name and support email used on emails.
  • Custom domain — register a subdomain you own (for example invest.example.com) and add the DNS record shown in the app. The platform checks the record and switches the domain live automatically once it is ready; Check status checks it on demand. Only the platform owner can change the custom domain.
  • Link previews — when your platform link is shared on WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack or LinkedIn, the card shows your company name, an optional preview image (cropped to 1200 × 630 automatically; your logo is used if you leave it empty) and an optional description of up to 200 characters. Changes reach the preview within a few minutes; chat apps keep the card they already fetched for a link they have seen before.
  • Your own marketplace — your domain shows your organisation’s approved offerings plus any offerings hosted on it through the Ecosystem Directory, and every investor on your domain sees the same listings. You can also request to have your offerings hosted on other tenants’ marketplaces.
  • Payments go to the issuer — whichever marketplace an investor buys on, the order is paid to the offering’s issuer: its bank account, its Stripe Connect account, the Escrow contract or the issuer’s custodian wallet.
  • Investor management — the issuer Investors page lists the investors on your platform, with KYC/AML queues, accreditation review and wallets. Invited admins on your team have the same access as the owner.
  • Your own KYC account (optional) — in Settings → Identity Verification, connect your own SumSub account (app token, secret key and webhook secret) to run investor KYC, KYB and AML on it. KYC run on your own account shows on your Libertum invoice as a zero-amount information line.
  • One account across platforms — investors use a single Libertum account on every platform. Someone who already has an account and tries to sign up on your domain is sent to sign in instead, and a pending team invitation for your domain is accepted when the invited person signs in there. Signing in on one domain does not sign the user out on another.
  • Team access — invite colleagues from Permissions & Roles. Branding is edited by people with the Admin role; the custom domain stays with the owner.
  • The full platform behind it — the investor, issuer and asset-management features described in T-Suite, plus the add-ons your plan includes.

If the owner’s payment fails

The platform depends on the owner’s subscription. If a renewal payment fails, everyone on the platform keeps working for a short grace period behind a banner. After that, the owner and team see a block with Manage Subscription and Pay invoice (the team sees it for information), while investors can still view their portfolio and take money out — withdraw, redeem and sell — but cannot make new investments until the payment is made. The domain keeps serving throughout, and paying the invoice restores access.

Status and availability

Status: Live

The older single-offering Whitelabel Shopfront (storefront) pages are deprecated and have been removed from navigation; use the Whitelabel Platform instead. Some add-ons, such as Structuring, are not shown on other tenants’ whitelabel domains. Running a branded platform does not give a tenant any licence: each tenant needs its own authorisations where it operates. See Licences.

Pricing

Included with Issuer Starter (USD 299/month), Issuer Growth (USD 499/month), AM Starter (USD 299/month), AM Pro (USD 499/month) and Enterprise (USD 999/month). See the plans page.
