Founding Fund Council · by Libertum

Help shape how tokenised funds really work.

Every fund administrator and manager is being asked about tokenisation. We've built the rails. Now we're inviting 20 fund leaders to put them to the test, and to shape what comes next.

Not sure where you stand? Take the 3-minute readiness check

One question to start.

“If a client asked you tomorrow for a tokenised share class, what would stop you saying yes?”

Tokenised funds have moved from pilot to product.

Managers are asking their administrators for tokenised share classes, and administrators are asking how to deliver them without rebuilding their operations. The market is no longer theoretical.

How ready are you for tokenised funds?

Twelve quick questions, about three minutes. Get an instant readiness score across six areas, with practical next steps. No email needed to see your result.

Your answers are anonymous unless you choose to share your email. We use anonymised, aggregated results in the council's findings report.

The rails are already built.

T-Suite is Libertum's tokenisation platform. Its Fund module is designed to sit alongside the systems administrators and managers already run, not replace them.

  1. Tokenised share classes

Issued on ERC-3643, the standard built for regulated securities.

  2. Eligibility built into the token

Only approved investors can hold or receive units, even outside our platform.

  3. Subscriptions, redemptions and distributions

Units issued and cancelled on-chain as orders settle; distributions paid to holders; a live cap table.

  4. NAV, published on-chain once approved

Your NAV is still calculated in your systems; T-Suite publishes the approved figure so every investor sees the same number at the same time.

  5. Plugs into your stack

An API connects T-Suite to your existing fund accounting and investor-servicing systems.

  6. Your brand, your investors

A white-label investor portal for every fund.

Compliance lives in the token on EVM chains with ERC-3643 and on Cardano with CIP-113, both live on mainnet in T-Suite. About CIP-113 on Cardano →

Fund administration still runs on spreadsheets, emails, transfer-agent exports and bank PDFs. T-Suite Funds puts it all in one place, on-chain, under your brand.

See every client manager, fund and share class, with the last NAV published for each.

Each fund chooses one to four people to approve its work, and every sensitive step waits for them.

Import the administrator's NAV file. Every line is checked, and breaches need a written reason.

Once approved, the NAV is published on-chain with the pack's fingerprint.

Investors subscribe through the fund, forward priced at the next NAV.

They get a payment reference and exactly how to pay: by bank, in USDC, or straight from their balance.

Dealing runs apply fees and gates, mint the units, and send every contract note.

Closed-ended funds get commitments, capital calls and distributions.

Three-way reconciliation matches exact amounts only, so a short payment is never a silent match.

Everything is in a tamper-evident log, with an evidence pack for your auditors.
