LiquidHectare: fractional land ownership on a white-label investor portal
LiquidHectare offers fractional acreage investment and ownership using blockchain tokens backed by real land. Its invest portal, app.liquidhectare.com, is a white-label instance of Libertum’s T-Suite, branded as the LiquidHectare Investor / Issuer Portal on LiquidHectare’s own domain, and Libertum is listed among the “Trusted Partners” on LiquidHectare’s website.

Who is LiquidHectare?
LiquidHectare describes itself as a company that offers fractional acreage investment and ownership through the blockchain, presenting its product as “a digital asset backed by real land”.
Its model, as set out on its website: land it acquires is held in trust (its “Vault” or Property Trust), and access to each surveyed plot is divided into sections so that several investors can hold a share of one property. LiquidHectare calls these units Non-Fungible Hectares (NFH).
What does a fractional land platform need?
Selling fractions of a land holding to many investors turns a single title into a register of owners. A platform doing this needs:
- a reliable record of who holds which fraction, kept in step with the on-chain tokens;
- investor registration and identity verification before anyone can buy;
- an issuer side to set up and manage each offering;
- an investor experience under its own brand, rather than a third-party marketplace.
What did LiquidHectare launch on Libertum?
LiquidHectare runs a white-label instance of Libertum’s T-Suite at app.liquidhectare.com, presented as the LIQUIDHECTARE Investor / Issuer Portal with LiquidHectare’s own branding and an English / Spanish language switch.
- For investors: account creation, sign-in and verification on LiquidHectare’s domain, followed by its offerings and a portfolio view.
- For the issuer: the T-Suite issuer back office for setting up offerings, managing investors and keeping the cap table.
- Behind the brand: T-Suite handles KYC, offerings, orders and on-chain compliance; investors see LiquidHectare, not Libertum.
Which Libertum products and standards does it use?
LiquidHectare uses Libertum’s white-label T-Suite: a branded investor marketplace and issuer back office on a custom domain, with KYC/KYB investor onboarding. T-Suite issues each offering on the token standard chosen for it — permissioned ERC-3643 tokens on EVM networks, CIP-113 on Cardano, or the other standards T-Suite supports — and the standard of each LiquidHectare offering is shown on that offering in the portal.
